Future vision RBIHF Future vision RBIHF

Following the announced resignation of chairman Pascal Nuchelmans, we as remaining directors have put together a future and transition plan for Belgian ice and inline hockey.

Together with the other extended board members a start has been made to achieve a better distribution of responsibilities and creating stability within the board for inline and icehockey by increasing the number of operational functions within the board and operational control group.

In recent years, we worked with a very limited board, we now opt to add additional people to create a larger board so that we can transfer our existing national and international knowledge and experience. This to further guarantee future continuity and consistency in policy and governance.

To take this step we are actively looking for new volunteers that can strengthen the federation and its operation, do not hesitate to contact us personally if you can help us with this.

A transitional process will be discussed so that we can get started with the new board well in time for the 2023-2024 season, ratification will then take place during the GMM 2023.
