Last Saturday Ohain was once again the epicentre of Belgian inline hockey.

in a final game DOGS (Eeklo) and PHOENIX (Brussels) battled for place 3 and 4 in the Belgian cup while HUSKIES (Beveren) and SPINS (Brasschaat) played for the ultimate 1st position.

The event attracted a full rink in Brussels and everyone got were they came for, 2 top level inline hockey games. Despite a good start of DOGS and a decent lead in goals, Phoenix managed to win the small final after scoring the golden goal in overtime.

The finale was equally excited. HUSKIES played a good game and managed already early in the game to build a good lead. During the second period SPINS slowly but sure closed the gap and managed to tied the score 2 minutes before the end. With only 25 seconds spare before the buzzer, Thomas De Smit shot the puck passed a hard-working Spins goalie Maarten Vanthillo. Huskies managed to score one more time in the open net in the last second of the game. The CUP will return to Beveren for the 2nd time in a row.
