At the beginning of the season, as every season, we create a talent pool for U16 players, but to promote the RBIHF development program for coaches and players even further, the talent pool program will start as of this season already from the u14 age group.
Players will be invited to these evaluation days through their club (coach) and/or through the RBIHF development program. The selected group of players and goalkeepers (talent pool) will then have the opportunity to participate together in Hello Player training days, camps and games several times a season.
This year's evaluation days are open to both players and goalies, boys and girls. For the first time ever, a separate group of girls will be added to the talent pool program (u14 and u16) to support our women's U18 National team program.
The evaluation days for the 2023-2024 season are scheduled at the ice rink in MECHELEN on 16 September. More detailed information about the program will be added to the invitation that selected players will receive. All clubs were informed about the internal (club) selection and the invitation process.
