Starting from the new season the RBIHF development program will include a new age group U14. Including this younger age group enables us to extend our player development pathway and national talent pool further and provides more opportunities to integrate our renewed strategy in our certification programs, youth competitions and clubs.
Based on the same fundamentals as the existing U16 (Hello Player) program the new category will have its own year-round activities including practice sessions, camps, and possible games. To support this additional group, our development coaching staff will be extended.
The U14 development program will kick-off in September when the new age group will be included in our national evaluation days. More information on the player evaluation days (September 16-17) will follow later via this website.
