On September 7 and 8, the Belgian Ice Hockey Federation is organizing the kick-off weekend for coach certification for the upcoming season. We are starting again with four courses: Learn to Play (LTP U8-U10-U12), Level 1 (U14-U16), Level 2 (U18-U20-Div1), and goalie coach. This two-day kick-off weekend takes place in Mechelen, from 09:00 to 17:00 each day.

Today, our national U20 team, led by coach Gil Paelinck, concludes the four-nation tournament in Geleen. This was an excellent opportunity for coach Paelinck's team to begin the selection process for the upcoming World Cup in Serbia, scheduled for early January 2025. Gil invited 20 players and 4 goalkeepers for the training camp, and with opponents like Great Britain, the Netherlands, and Germany (Kölner Haie), Belgium was the underdog and aimed to surprise.
