If you are injured during an activity, you may file a claim under our insurance policy with Arena. The accident claim form is attached. Once the form has been fully completed, please email it to arena@arena-nv.be.

The procedure is as follows:

Based on the claim, Arena will send an acknowledgment of receipt and a claim file number to the injured party by email. This may take some time.

In the meantime, the injured party should collect all medical certificates, invoices, and related documents.

These documents must first be submitted to the health insurance fund for reimbursement, unless this concerns foreign players without social security coverage in Belgium.

Copies of the invoices, health insurance reimbursements, and related documents must then be submitted to Arena.

Arena will reimburse the amount to the indicated bank account and will email a settlement statement to the injured party.
